Assistant Manager – Stitching Planning (Home Textile-Knits)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and keep an eye on weekly stitching schedules (cut to pack)
• Guarantee loading of lines in an efficient manner according to customer priorities and timelines
• Keep a check on orders, spot delays, and work together with the necessary departments
• Manage WIP at every point of the process to prevent bottlenecks
• Work together with cutting, stitching, QA, and packing crews for uninterrupted flow
• Join forces with IE to equalize lines and raise production
• Work hand in hand with merchandising, fabric, and trims teams to get materials ready
• Assess stitching performance and make sure deliveries are on time

Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in stitching/production planning in textile/apparel manufacturing

Skills:

• Skilled in using MS Excel, ERP, and planning applications
• In-depth understanding of home textile processes (cutting to packing)
• Great communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

Location: S.I.T.E Area, Karachi
