Project Coordination:

The Executive Assistant will serve as a communication hub for executives, clients, and internal teams. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (or any European language) are essential to handle sensitive and high-level interactions professionally.

She will organize business meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements while managing daily executive calendars to ensure optimal efficiency. Attention to detail and multitasking abilities will be crucial.

Documentation and Reporting:

Preparing presentations, drafting memos, and compiling project reports will be a core responsibility. The role demands strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and project management tools.
