We’re looking for a Barber Shop Manager to oversee the operations of our Darimooch Barber Shop and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Barber shop daily operations will be your responsibility.
Along with that, barbers and support staff will be under your supervision, and their performance and discipline will be your concern.
Customer service and client satisfaction will continue to be the major aspects of your work.
Scheduling, appointments and shop cleanliness will be your concerns as well.
Inventory, supplies, and cash handling will be part of your daily operations.
Hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines compliance will be your responsibility.
Marketing activities will need your support, plus you will have to monitor customer feedback.
You will work with management closely in order to achieve monthly sales and service targets.
Daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as well as shop performance tracking will be your daily activities.
