This position will be based at our HUB Plant (pick and drop provided). Following is a brief JD:

Key Responsibilities:

• The team must keep track of all raw materials which enter and leave the facility through proper documentation.
• The system requires stock level monitoring to generate procurement requisitions when inventory reaches critical points.
• The Quality Control department needs store coordination for material inspection purposes.
• The team performs scheduled stock checks and physical inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• The storage area must maintain proper conditions for all materials based on their specific requirements.
• The storage area needs to stay clean and organized while maintaining complete safety standards.
• The system requires implementation of FIFO or alternative inventory management systems when necessary.
• The team must enter Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) into the SAP system within two business days after receiving all materials.
• The production department receives raw materials through approved requisition processes.
• The team must follow all safety regulations and company guidelines.
• The team must track and handle all cases of material damage and loss and reporting incidents.
• The team must handle all unexpected situations and incidents according to established protocols.

Qualification & Experience;

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business from a well-respected university.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in similar occupations.
Experience in SAP MM module will be an added advantage.
