• Location: Head Office, Karachi
• Experience: 05 – 08 Years
• Qualification: Bachelors or above

Requirements:

• You have the insurance field as your primary area of expertise where you have very good knowledge in Bancassurance, Operations, and Post-Issuance Processes.
• Your analytical capabilities are exceptional and at the same time, you are excellent in using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• You are highly skilled in communication, follow-up discipline, and stakeholder management.
• You are able to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines, and you are accustomed to the fast-paced environment.

Job Role:

• Lead actions that promote customer retention and optimize renewal rates.
• Supervise servicing after issuance, making sure that customer requests are handled correctly and promptly.
• Develop stronger ties and engagement with the partners in the distribution channels and the sales teams in the regions.
• Take charge of reporting, reconciliation and all compliance-related activities.
• Facilitate the implementation of better operational practices and process improvements throughout the channel.
