Key Responsibilities

• Implementation of the marketing plans and promotional strategies to reach the sales objectives set monthly, quarterly and yearly must be ensured by the person responsible for this.
• The District Sales Manager will have to see that the team receives both short-term and long-term training and development which will, in turn, create a pool of quality human resources for future positions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Preferably, candidates with life sciences background will be considered among the Graduates. The applicant must have a total of 7 to 8 years of experience in sales working with prominent companies in pharmaceutical industry and should be proficient in the same area as SM. One should not be older than 40 years.
