Key Responsibilities

• It is important to develop long-term financial strategies, create yearly budgets, and make forecasts.
• One of the key steps in this process would be financial analysis in order to maximize income and control costs.
• Management Information Systems (MIS) would be the main tool for generating reports, dashboards, and presentations for the management team.
• Participate in discussions about budgeting and forecasting with heads of departments.
• Engage in making changes and enhancements to the financial models used for investment and scenario analyses.
• Define and track the company’s performance using KPIs.
• Oversee and enhance accounting operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger, payroll) and internal controls.
• Have ongoing communication with overseas manufacturers on the matter of pricing, warranty, billing, and payments.
• Banks, leasing companies, and other financial institutions should be viewed as partners, and a good relationship should be built with them.
