JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Other relevant UAE Laws and Regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to legislation and regulations established by the Central Bank, Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, Dubai Health Authority and any other Regulatory body. Aid in compliance reporting; assist in reviewing and enhancing the AML/CFT compliance framework and compliance to UAE regulatory requirements. AML/CFT Specialist initiative in screening transactions that may signal suspicious activity indicative of money laundering, terrorism funding, or other financial crime. Reports on submission to the UAE Regulator.
