• Drive sales growth and expand market presence for genuine spare parts and lubricants through strong engagement with customers and dealers.

• Strengthen dealer aftersales performance by effective planning, coaching, audits, and inventory optimization.

• Support data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance excellence through market insights, lead conversion, and adherence to company policies.

• Sound understanding of tractor and aftersales business with a strong focus on customer service excellence.

Experience & Education
