𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿
We are looking for a Replenishment Officer to manage inventory flow and ensure optimal stock availability across our retail network. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory planning and replenishment within the textile or fashion retail industry.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–4 years of experience in inventory or replenishment management in a same industry.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Monitor inventory levels and make sure that replenishment happens on time to satisfy sales demand
- Work together with the procurement and warehouse teams for stock transfers and restocking
- Look into inventory data to find out which items are fast-moving and which are slow-moving
- Make and keep reports of replenishment, stock records, and MIS
- Ensure there is accuracy in stock management and timely system updates
- Help with the planning and carrying out of warehouse dispatch operations
- Keep the stock levels at an optimal point to reduce the chances of overstocking and stock-outs
