We are looking for CS Interns to join our Customer Service team at the Korangi warehouse in Karachi. The internship provides practical training with a straightforward chance for full-time employment depending on individual performance.

• You are going to assist in responding to customer inquiries via different online platforms.
• You are expected to interact in a professional, precise, and prompt fashion.
• You will be documenting every interaction with the customers.

𝟮. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻

• Take care of both inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain daily Call Centre operations.
• Offer assistance in coordinating customers and follows-up.

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (Urdu & English)
• Basic knowledge of computer skills
• Ready to work in a warehouse environment
