WE ARE HIRING! Pattern Master
An extraordinary and precise Pattern Master is the employee we want to bring in to our Sampling Department. The one fit for this role will be responsible for the generation of exact 2D patterns for the new clothing samples based on the design specifications, verifying the right fit, and checking the likelihood of construction and production. Nevertheless, this assignment is of great significance, as it is the one that is converting the creative imagining into first-class prototypes that are ready for the next production stage. The Master will be constantly communicating with the designers, sample tailors, and merchandisers who together will ensure the quick and efficient development of the samples.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Experience:Â Proven experience as a Pattern Master in denim Manufacturing (3+ years preferred)
Skills:Â Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern grading, knowledge of 2D and 3D software.
