Key Responsibilities:

Por la búsqueda, evaluación y adquisición de diversos tipos de materias primas, trims, productos químicos y materiales de empaque.

Investigación y análisis de las tendencias y precios del mercado de los productos.

Realización de pedidos de compra (POs) y asegurando la entrega a tiempo.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Textile or Supply Chain Management would help you get the job. The required work experience is two to three years in the Procurement function and in the textile/denim industry, preference given to the latter. Negotiation skills of excellent level and MS Excel proficiency are the required qualities. Familiarity with Oracle ERP software would be considered as an added advantage.

WE ARE HIRING! Assistant – Supply Chain

The new hire is going to handle the daily operations of the supply chain, besides that, he will use Microsoft Excel for making reports and for updating them. He will also take the responsibility of ensuring the correct input of data to the ERP system and its proper management. The person will also offer help in various activities related to buying and stock management, he will be in contact with other departments to make sure that there is no interruption in the operational flow, and finally he will provide support related to administration and operations in a timely manner which will help increase the efficiency of the overall department.

• Qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields). Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
• Experience: The incumbent should have 6 months to 1 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, with practical exposure to Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
