The position will be a key factor in our plan to transform ARL’s organizational culture and increase the value of employees’ work through activities that pull and inspire and teach people continually.
Responsibilities
- We handle student internships and experiential learning programs, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
- We organize and implement employee participation activities and organizational surveys that create warm and friendly atmosphere among workers and also motivate them.
- To nurture the Learning and Innovation process within the organization we conduct HR and Learning & Innovation conferences, seminars and internal events that reinforce our culture of shared learning.
- We create and support the values embedding framework.
- We drive the change of organizational initiatives and help the teams to adapt and develop in a timely manner.
- We collaborate with different departments to make sure that the OD-related projects, corporate goals, and inter-department meetings are smoothly executed.
- We facilitate internal and external audits, thus ensuring compliance and excellence in processes.
- We also engage in the development and editing of the corporate newsletters, which serve to boost our internal communications and showcase our accomplishments.
- We take on the role of internal trainers, providing effective soft skills and professional development training.
- We are the ones in charge of promoting diversity, inclusion and wellness, as these are the elements of our commitment to a flourishing workplace.
What You Bring:
-  A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from a university recognized by HEC.
- Â Organizational Development experience of 5-7 years, preferably in an industrial or large corporation setup.
- Â Strong expertise in OD principles, employee engagement strategies and HR analytics.
- Â Communication, facilitation and presentation skills at an excellent level.
- Â Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Â A proactive mindset coupled with the ability to handle several initiatives at once and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
