Location: Karachi Department: Corporate Sales
Belco Chocolates invites applications for the position of Corporate Gifting Manager who will be responsible for leading and developing our B2B gifting portfolio. The selected candidate will establish positive connections with corporations, design personalized gifting solutions, and oversee the hassle-free delivery of high-quality orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new corporate customers and oversee the current accounts
- Organize meetings, presentations, and gifting demonstrations
- Prepare proposals/quotations and meet the sales targets
- Oversee the personalization of gifts (logos, packaging, and cards)
- Collaborate with the production/design/dispatch teams
- Take care of order documentation, costing, and CRM updates
- Assist with the festive/seasonal corporate campaigns
- Bring in new partnerships and suggest discount arrangements with corporates/brands
- Manage brand partnerships, collaborations, and alliance agreements
Requirements:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, an MBA is a plus.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or B2B gifting in a corporate environment.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and can deliver great presentations.
- You are very familiar with MS Office and CRM.
- You are a creative person with a good ability to spot packaging and gifting trends.
