Responsibilities
· Customer aging report is being reviewed and shipping of overdue parties is being stopped.
· The preparation of party remittances and daily recovery report updates are for submission.
· Recovery incentives posting.
· A reminder email is sent to the area sales managers about their parties whose payments are overdue by more than 30 days from the due dates.
· Customer balance confirmation activities.
· Adjustments of inventory.
· Additions and disposals of fixed assets.
· Monthly management accounts for SAB.
· An annual audit is conducted for the accounts.
· Calculation of withholding income tax is done weekly.
· Issuance of invoices for shop sales.
· Monthly summary preparation for the purpose of filing sales tax return of Shoe Shop.
· Working on income tax notices.
