Location: Onsite – Haly Tower, DHA Phase 2, Lahore
Shift Timings:
6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT)
7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PKT)
(US Time Zone – Night Shift)

Job overview:

We’re looking for a confident and fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills to manage calls and client interactions for our US-based operations. The ideal candidate should be professional, quick-thinking, and comfortable working night shifts in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity.
Communicate fluently with international clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate call records and follow up on client queries.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations.
Represent the company positively in all communications.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Confident in managing client calls and virtual interactions.
Prior experience in customer support, telecommunication, or client coordination is preferred.
Ability to work onsite during night hours.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
