The organization is now looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who will provide technical assistance to all departments via his/her coming to our team. This role is made for an individual having great problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented approach, and hands-on experience with hardware, software, and basic network problems in a fast-paced IT setting.
Being a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, as well as providing support to users both on-site and remotely.You will be taking care of service desk tickets, making sure that systems keep the security and regular maintenance, and managing IT asset inventory. In addition to this, you will assist with the network connectivity problems such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN, create and maintain documentation, and be in the close collaboration with other IT teams, resolving escalated issues. Your meticulousness, technical proficiency, and dedication to providing great user support will play a vital part in the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.
