Project Planning and Execution:

As a Civil Engineer / Project Manager, you will manage complex construction projects from inception to completion. You will develop strategies, oversee budgets, and establish realistic project timelines.

Leadership and Team Supervision:

You will lead teams of engineers, contractors, and site staff, ensuring collaboration across all project phases. Strong leadership will keep the team motivated and projects on track.

Client Relations:

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, presenting project progress, resolving concerns, and maintaining transparency to build strong relationships.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensuring that all projects comply with UAE building codes, safety standards, and municipal regulations will be central to your role.

Risk and Cost Management:

You will identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure strict control over financial resources, procurement, and budgets.

Site Visits:

Frequent site inspections will be required to oversee construction progress, enforce safety rules, and provide solutions to challenges on-site.
