Key Responsibilities

Process Implementation, Technical Expertise, & Failure Investigation.
Productivity Analysis.
Organize and distribute work to support operational needs.
Ensures that all assets comply with the required quality standards and meet both specifications and safety standards.
Control repair, inventory, and labour costs.
Coach and mentor technicians and Executives.
Monitor associate work levels, KPI’s and make Bi-yearly appraisals.
Maintain the facility while performing ongoing supervision of both cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
The process of functional department coordination serves as a foundation for operational continuity.

Requirements

Candidates having qualifications of Mechanical Engineering or BS Mechanical are encouraged to apply.
The organization requires candidates to possess a minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in their field of expertise.
Problem-solving abilities,
Operation management skills,
Work load management.
