Key Responsibilities
- It is important to develop long-term financial strategies, create yearly budgets, and make forecasts.
- One of the key steps in this process would be financial analysis in order to maximize income and control costs.
- Management Information Systems (MIS) would be the main tool for generating reports, dashboards, and presentations for the management team.
- Participate in discussions about budgeting and forecasting with heads of departments.
- Engage in making changes and enhancements to the financial models used for investment and scenario analyses.
- Define and track the company’s performance using KPIs.
- Oversee and enhance accounting operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger, payroll) and internal controls.
- Have ongoing communication with overseas manufacturers on the matter of pricing, warranty, billing, and payments.
- Banks, leasing companies, and other financial institutions should be viewed as partners, and a good relationship should be built with them.
Requirements
The applicant possesses the following qualifications: ACA, CA Inter, CA Finalist, ACMA. They also have an extensive experience of over five years in finance, out of which three years were spent as a Financial Analyst. Their main abilities include financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, feasibility studies, and using MS Office, accounting systems, project management, and transportation/supply chain knowledge.
