WE ARE HIRING! Area Sales Manager – Multan & Karachi
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To hit the sales targets, create and put into practice the efficient sales tactics.
- Keep track of sales performance and regularly send reports on successes and the necessity of improvement areas.
- Create and keep firm ties with the major customers and the involved parties within the organization.
- Sales teams will be given training and support to uplift their performance.
- Adherence to the company’s rules and regulations, as well as to the laws of the industry, will be ensured.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Market knowledge and existing industry contacts would be a plus.
- Sales and market dynamics in the frozen food sector are thoroughly understood.
- Interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are excellent.
