JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To hit the sales targets, create and put into practice the efficient sales tactics.
• Keep track of sales performance and regularly send reports on successes and the necessity of improvement areas.
• Create and keep firm ties with the major customers and the involved parties within the organization.
• Sales teams will be given training and support to uplift their performance.
• Adherence to the company’s rules and regulations, as well as to the laws of the industry, will be ensured.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Market knowledge and existing industry contacts would be a plus.
• Sales and market dynamics in the frozen food sector are thoroughly understood.
• Interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are excellent.
