LOCATION:Â DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, SUKKUR CAMPUS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make sure all inventory coming in, going out, and being logged is correct in the system.
- Double-check that the store department has all the right inventory paperwork.
- Check items that are leaving to make sure no one is taking anything they shouldn’t.
- Keep track of stock levels in each department.
- Go over the daily In-Patient Requisitions (IPRs).
- Make sure pharmacy and other items are being used correctly.
- Make sure everyone follows hospital rules.
- Help with audits before and after they happen.
- Go over everyday purchases and gate passes to check for issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance; an MBA will be preferable. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in auditing.
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
Great at communicating.
Good at math and analysis.
Pays close attention to details and makes sure documents are correct.
