Role Overview:

DEC Perfect Building Contracting L.L.C. seeks an experienced Estimator who will join their dynamic construction team plans which will guarantee financial success for our construction initiatives. The position allows you to join forces with our based in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a vital role in developing exact cost projections and project funding company for delivering innovative projects in the United Arab Emirates while maintaining our commitment to quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine material quantities, labor costs, and time requirements. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure that all estimates align with project goals and budgetary expectations.

Cost Analysis and Budget Preparation:

The role involves preparing detailed cost analyses, tracking expenses, and developing comprehensive bid proposals. You will identify potential cost-saving opportunities, evaluate vendor quotes, and ensure that pricing aligns with market standards while maintaining project profitability.

Collaboration and Communication:

You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams. The Estimator will also maintain clear communication channels with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, fostering transparency and trust throughout the estimation process.

Technical Proficiency:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using estimation and project management software, as well as a strong understanding of construction methodologies, material specifications, and local market rates. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy are key attributes for success in this role.

Project Evaluation and Reporting:

In addition to cost estimation, you will assist management in risk analysis, progress tracking, and project cost control. By maintaining up-to-date reports, you will ensure that every project remains on track, both financially and operationally, from inception to completion.
