OIL HEATER OPERATOR

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

1-3 years of work experience in the FMCG/Food sector. DAE Mechanical along with Boiler Operator Certification are required. Class C Boiler Engineering is also a requirement.

LOCATION: Dairy Plant, Bhalwal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oil heaters and auxiliary boilers should be operated and shut down according to the standard operating procedures (SOPs), which will help to keep the temperature and pressure at the desired levels during the whole process.
• At the same time, fuel consumption, heating performance, and system controls will be monitored, while the control of valves, pumps, and steam/hot oil output will be done.
• Daily inspection rounds will be carried out on burners, pumps, filters, and combustion systems, and proper fuel levels will be secured and pipelines leak-tested.
• Compliance with all the safety protocols for high temperature, fuel handling, and boiler room is a must, additionally, safety checks on critical devices should be performed.
• Along with the operations, fuel usage, and maintenance activities, detailed logbooks will be maintained, and any abnormality will be reported to the maintenance supervisor.
