Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the day-to-day operations of our cereal and pasta production lines in alignment with volume, quality, cost, and efficiency goals.
- Identify and execute on improvement opportunities in relation to overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), line efficiency, and yields while promoting continuous improvement throughout the facility using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety standards while supporting compliance through the QA program for our internal and external customers associated with regulatory or customer requirements.
- Communicate production information and operational dashboards while effectively utilizing the resources; raw materials, packaging, energy, and labor.
- Lead, train, monitor, and assess production teams while ensuring workplace safety and developing corrective/preventative action on incidents that are detected.
