Job Responsibilities:
- Successfully meet the revenue targets on a monthly and yearly basis for different areas, SKUs, brands, and distributors.
- Secure prepayments to distributors and daily primary orders according to the sales plans.
- Keep stock levels to the best and make sure that the investment from distributors is matching the business needs.
- Convert sales and marketing strategies into practical distributor execution.
- Remove distribution barriers, deploy infrastructure, and make trade availability according to the targets.
- Avoid stock-outs and control assets with the help of TSMs and sales force coordination.
- Spot new growth areas and successfully introduce products and carry out trade marketing initiatives.
- Get the most out of the asset ROI and at the same time make good use of resources while ensuring presence in-store that is very strong.
