Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC/RAC operations, including at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role
Strong background in utilities, plant operations, and maintenance within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities
- Handle HVAC and other RAC projects: tweaks, expansions, and setups.
- Deal with budgets for running costs and big purchases, and find ways to save money.
- Take charge of fixing problems to figure out what went wrong and control energy use.
- Team up with other departments to help reach production and utilities goals.
Skills & Competencies
- I know a lot about HVAC/RAC stuff and how to save energy.
- I’m good at keeping things running smoothly with regular check-ups.
- I can figure out problems and make good calls.
- I’m a solid team leader and can talk to people clearly.
- I’m also pretty good with Microsoft Office and other maintenance programs.
