Employee Relations and Engagement:

Your responsibilities will include conflict resolution and employee relationship management through open human resources professional at PLC Contracting would serve as the most vital person to develop an environment where staff communication and activities that boost employee satisfaction and retention rates. Your employee-focused approach combined with proactive problem-solving methods would maintain worker satisfaction while keeping them aligned with organizational values.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
You will be responsible for ensuring the company’s compensation and benefits (C&B) programs are competitive, compliant, and equitable. Your work will include salary benchmarking, benefit administration, and reviewing payroll accuracy in coordination with the finance department. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset with a deep understanding of how structured reward systems can drive employee performance and organizational growth.
Performance Management:
This role requires managing and enhancing the company’s performance management framework. You will guide department heads in setting clear KPIs, tracking employee progress, and conducting fair and transparent performance evaluations. Your focus will be on linking performance outcomes to career development opportunities, ensuring that every employee receives constructive feedback and recognition for their efforts.
Learning and Development (L&D):
You will oversee training needs assessments and help design employee development programs that align with business objectives. From onboarding new employees to facilitating professional skill workshops, you’ll help create a learning culture that empowers individuals and strengthens overall team capability. This includes collaborating with external trainers and e-learning providers to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
As part of the HR department, you’ll ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company regulations. You’ll maintain accurate employee records, assist with audits, and update HR policies in accordance with legislative changes. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of HR best practices are crucial to maintaining the company’s operational integrity and legal compliance.
Organizational Development:
The HR Specialist will contribute to refining HR processes and supporting organizational transformation projects. You will analyze workforce data, recommend structural improvements, and implement HR initiatives that align with long-term business strategies. Your strategic insight will help management make informed decisions regarding workforce planning and succession development.
