Position Overview:

At present, we are looking for an exceptionally talented and energetic Human Resources (HR) Manager to head our HR department. The position requires a person with excellent leadership traits who will make sure that the whole HR operations are in accordance with the organization’s main objectives. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner and will cooperate with the management team closely to formulate policies, build up good relationships in the workplace, and promote the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources management including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will develop strategies that promote a positive company culture, ensure smooth HR operations, and support the professional growth of employees.
