🚀 We’re Hiring: HR Professional (Karachi)
The HR division of IGI is looking for a vigorous HR specialist to be a part of their team via a contractual agreement. This job is a proper career choice for people who enjoy working in busy environments and who are good at making connections with others.
Your duties will consist of:
- You will direct all Talent Acquisition activities from candidate identification through selection interviews and new employee welcome processes.
- You will execute essential HR Operations which include onboarding procedures and other tasks.
- You will help plan employee engagement activities which aim to boost team motivation.
Our organization needs candidates who bring:
- The candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in HR work specifically in these fields.
- The candidate needs to hold a BBA degree with HR major or equivalent qualifications.
- The candidate should demonstrate exceptional abilities in working with people and maintaining organization and delivering clear messages.
