WE ARE HIRING Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Successfully reach agreed sales target with head office for all franchises.
Conduct daily sales visits and hotel throwaways (FAM trips)
Execute regional sales plans focusing on corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, report on performance and provide weekly revenue reviews for management consideration.
Attend the weekly sales meeting and share the sales report.
Maintain and grow key accounts and ensure department head is up-to-date on all activity.
Oversee sales operations for multiple hotels/properties for all owned/franchises with IHMS Group.

Requirements:

At least bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in regional sales, preferably from Hospitality sector.
