Requirements:
-BBA/MBA in supply chain from reputable university with prior experience in a retail firm.
-5- 8 years of experience in Inventory Management, Inventory Control, Inventory Audit.
Responsibilities:
-Strong coordination ITT with commercial, warehouse and supplier for stock and delivery matters.
-Stock holding to be consistently monitored of which budget is the upper limit and the maximum stock availability to be ensured (Service level/fill rate).
-Carefully oversee the issuance of Purchase Order/ITR for non-trade supplies according to the usage, management, and its distribution.
-Keep watch over the store’s shrinkage, mainly the Fresh Food one. Make sure it is within the provision/budget.
-Direct, Arrange the receiving and storing of goods in such a way that the required space for the incoming goods is available. Only those goods which are of the right quality and quantity can enter the store.
-Physical merchandise must be received in the designated area, the actual quantity received must be accurately determined and the goods must be moved from the GR area to the sales floor.
