Responsibilities include:
- Liaise and deliver a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed targets for the Toyota Sure business.
- Deliver the required compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across our network of 3S Dealerships, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Provide competitive benchmarking regularly, to identify market opportunities and maintain competitive advantage
- Coach, mentor and develop dealership staff to improve their sales capability and product knowledge.
- Oversee the dealership and regional marketing programs and lead-generation campaigns to drive traffic in-store for related sales.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance by providing regular reports to the senior leadership team.
