Ismail Industries Limited is in search of a professional who is both result-oriented and strategic to take up the position of Key Account Manager in our team. Managing and expanding our biggest modern trade accounts will be the priority of this role, thus securing sales growth, profitability, and perfect in-store execution throughout the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Be in charge of large modern trade key accounts’ management and growth, with the accomplishment of sales and profitability targets being the main goal.
Take control of distributor operations, and this will include investment planning, expense optimization, timely execution, stock management, and market credit recovery.
Create and implement together business plans and annual sales targets.
Settle terms, promotions, and activations by negotiating agreements.
Make sure that the products are available, visible, and the stores are complying with merchandising.
Work along with the supply chain and trade marketing to ensure the execution is flawless.
Compute account performance, keep an eye on market trends and competitors’ actions.
Provide training and manage the team of order bookers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related area.
3-5+ years of credible performance in FMCG sales, account management, or trade marketing.
