The Admin & HR Coordinator is a critical resource for the administrative and HR team since it takes care of clerical work, scheduling and making things run smoothly in the office. This position is vital for the efficient and effective performance of administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Office Management: The office supervisor monitors daily operations by tracking supply inventory and making procurement requests for necessary items.
- Documentation: The staff member maintains administrative documents through precise and secure management of their organization and accuracy.
- Meeting Coordination: The staff member schedules meetings and develops discussion topics and records all meeting minutes.
- Customer Support: The staff member provides administrative assistance to customers who need help from internal or external stakeholders.
Collaboration/Teamwork:
- Team Support: Cooperate with the administrative team and other departments on a regular basis to guarantee smooth operations.
Strategic Contribution:
- Process Optimization: Spot areas for upgrading the administrative processes and workflows.
Qualification:
- 2-4 years of experience in clerical positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
Desired Competencies:
- Organizational and time management skills of high excellence.
- Interpersonal and communication skills of great effectiveness.
- Acquainted with MS Office and other tools of administration.
