Lucky Core Industries is hiring a Manager Distribution Sales for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences Business based in Faisalabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute sales strategies and tactics to maintain growth in the business and expand customer growth and support new product development.
Format and execute training and education for the sales team and key accounts that improves performance and product knowledge.
Achieve assigned sales, scripts, and market share targets in alignment with company goals.
Track, document, and report on competitive activity in the territory and devise an effective counter strategy.
Provide a full range of pre-sale and post-sale support to all direct and indirect customers, ensuring timely correction of all customer complaints.
Maximize timely recoveries and manage all customer outstanding balances in alignment with company policy.
Conduct product and market assessments to identify gaps in the market and develop appropriate strategies to close these identified gaps.
Achieve or exceed regional sales and profitability target (in %).
