Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Shift for its Soda Ash Business based in Khewra.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Exhibit solid expertise on plant operations along with practical working experience in the field.
- Control and observe plant parameters through DCS, effectively coping with emergencies right at the site.
- Partake in planning and discussion of preventive measures with maintenance teams in order to cut down on breakdowns.
- Be in constant touch during breakdowns to minimize downtime and, if needed, raise the matter.
- Create cooperative working relationships and foster team involvement.
- Make self-reliant decisions in connection with parameter deviations and equipment problems.
Key Skills:
- Operations management and troubleshooting are the areas where you are the best.
- You have exceptional skills in planning, organizing and communicating.
- Interpersonal, presentation and MS Office skills of the highest quality are yours.
Job Specific Skills:
- Thorough familiarity with the operations in process plants.
- Awareness of the work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), ISO norms, and engineering parts.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
