Key Responsibilities
Child Care & Guest Experience

Provide exceptional care and service to young guests in the Kids Club

Create a welcoming, engaging, and safe environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel confident
Daily Operations Support
-
Assist the supervisor with daily operations, following established procedures
-
Ensure schedules, activity plans, and safety guidelines are consistently maintained
Activity Program Execution
-
Lead planned activities, games, and learning sessions with enthusiasm and creativity
-
Adapt activities to children’s interests and energy levels to ensure inclusive participation
Cultural & Sporting Engagement
-
Support the design and delivery of cultural and sporting activities
-
Encourage creativity, physical movement, and cultural awareness in an age-appropriate manner
Safety & Equipment Standards
-
Maintain all Kids Club equipment to the highest standards
-
Follow strict safety and hygiene procedures to ensure a secure environment
Feedback & Program Improvement
-
Monitor program success through guest feedback and engagement
-
Share suggestions with the supervisor to enhance activities and continuously improve the guest experience
