Mechanical Design Development:
Responsible for designing and reviewing HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems in compliance with UAE codes.
Site Supervision:
Monitor on-site mechanical works, coordinate with contractors, and ensure installations meet design specifications.
Coordination with Other Departments:
Work closely with civil, structural, and electrical teams to ensure smooth project integration.
Quality Assurance:
Implement testing and commissioning procedures for mechanical systems to guarantee operational efficiency.
Cost Control:
Assist in BOQs, material selection, and procurement while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure mechanical installations adhere to UAE safety and environmental standards.
