Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily functioning of the production and manufacturing activities of the plant.
Laying down and implementing policies and procedures.
Developing processes which will yield the highest output, maintain identical quality, and ensure safety at all stages.
Taking steps in the facility that will impact performance positively and reviewing the actions in order to meet targets.
Establishing and securing the execution of the mandatory standard operating procedures (SOPs) that will liven up the business.
Key Requirements:
A Master’s Degree in Food Sciences and Technology is essential.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management in the Frozen Food manufacturing sector is required.
Familiarity with HACCP, BRC, and ISO standards is necessary.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
