📢 We’re Hiring: IT Head – Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Ltd.
📍 Lahore (with regular travel to Renala Khurd Plant & Regional Sales Offices)
🕴️ Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

We are searching for a highly energetic IT Head to take charge of the technology strategy, enforce cybersecurity, enhance ERP systems, and make sure there is smooth operation throughout our headquarters, manufacturing, and on-site personnel, at Mitchell’s.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• The business will receive support from a 3-year IT plan which focuses on its essential strategic objectives.
• The ERP system which includes Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and HR modules needs to become more efficient under my responsibility.
• The system update and integration process will be handled by me for SAP, Oracle and MS Dynamics systems.
• The organization needs me to develop enterprise reporting dashboards through Data Warehouse and Power BI implementation.
• The organization needs to maintain current and robust security protocols which include DRM systems and backup systems and business continuity planning.
• The IT department needs my leadership to handle project management and budget control and vendor management and service level agreement (SLA) administration.
• I will lead and develop an IT team which demonstrates exceptional performance capabilities.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is a must (Master’s degree will be an advantage).
• At least 12 to 15 years of IT leadership experience (preference will be given to those with experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector).
• Demonstrated capability in taking complete charge of ERP and leading infrastructure.

• ERP, network, and cybersecurity!!! Health check.
• IT roadmap & budget with quick wins!!!
• Stabilize service desk SLAs and monthly IT Dashboard!!!
• Validate disaster recovery and incident response processes!!!
• Initiate digital transformation journey!!!
