Momentum Logistics, which is one of the top providers of logistics and supply chain solutions in Pakistan, is now looking for a talented Operations Supervisor to reinforce its team in Karachi. This is a great chance for people with background in transportation, vehicle sourcing, and sales & marketing to control the operations and vendor management in such an active logistics atmosphere.
The Operations Supervisor’s role will encompass maintaining good communication with transporters, brokers, and vendors, managing the daily operational workflow without any hitches, and assisting the Operations Lead in meeting the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key transporters to achieve daily operational targets

Induct new vendors with owned fleets to build a reliable pool of transporters

Maintain vendor ledgers regarding order executions and share updates with the Operations Lead daily

Provide bilties and seals to drivers and collect Proof of Delivery (POD) when required

Liaise with drivers and update the Operations Lead about the whereabouts and status of vehicles

Support operational planning, reporting, and daily coordination with transport partners
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Experience: 3–5 years in local market operations, vehicle sourcing, marketing with asset owners, and reliable brokers
