Open Position: Manager Leasing & Contracts

Requirements:

• Specify and formalize lease details, rental rates, and payment intervals for tenants.
• Prepare, assess, negotiate, and sign multiple contract agreements.
• Plan and obtain project locations within approved timelines and budgets.
• Ensure the timely and efficient payment of landowners and applicable government officials.
• Oversee the administration of contracts and the close-out, renewal, or extension of contracts.
• Provide and maintain administrative controls while building strong relationships with depots and landowners.
• Monitor and follow up on location-related complaints and applications while taking action when necessary.
• Establish and manage payment schedules for rent with respect to the rental agreements.
• Oversee all documentation and correspondence unrelated to the leases.
• Administer all aspects for the care and operation of the real estate’s fixed assets under contract.
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Preferred LLB.
• Abilities: Communication, Negotiation, Conflict management, Decision Making, Problem-solving, Managing people.
• Background: 08-10 years, 4 to 5 years relevant experience
• Expertise: Property Laws, Leasing Contract, Rental Agreements
