Nagaria Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd is in search of a talented and enthusiastic individual to work with us as Senior Executive Product Development / Assistant Manager (Terry & Fabric). The person we are looking for will be the one who will be leading the innovations in the development of textile products, conducting things right from the design concept to the bulk production, and making sure that the product is of top quality and is competitively priced in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- The production process of new textile products including terry towels and fabrics requires your complete oversight from start to finish.
- The process of creating fiber blends and digital prints and jacquard/dobby/caddying layouts follows both loom requirements and current market patterns.
- The research process for textile trends includes both worldwide and local market analysis with a focus on terry cloth products.
- The team must verify all products match customer needs by inspecting fabric quality and checking color and pattern accuracy and finish details.
- The product development process requires your supervision to achieve both design completion and mass production readiness.
- The design team needs your assistance to connect with sampling and production departments for efficient workflow management and prompt problem resolution.
- The organization maintains design and client records in proper order to support planning activities and innovation development.
- The company needs to perform market analysis to maintain market leadership while following industry trends.
- The team organizes client meetings and maintains continuous communication with clients about design approval processes and feedback and presentation requirements.
- The development process of towels requires complete execution from research activities and photography sessions through to client product demonstrations.
- The design process requires using CAD software and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and additional design tools to create visual content and presentation materials.
You are educated with the degree of October 2023.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s in Textile Design, Textile Engineering, or Fashion Design
4-6 years of experience in textile product development.
