Naurus (Pvt.) Limited is one of the leading food processing industries of Pakistan. We are looking for a Packing Store Incharge to join our team at our S.I.T.E, Karachi premises.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision and control of daily operations in the packing store are your responsibility.
- Conduct receiving, storage, and issuing of packing materials correctly and properly.
- Enforce FIFO/LIFO and oversee that materials are stored according to quality & safety standards.
- Liaise with Production & QA for daily material needs.
- Prepare GRNs, material issue notes, and keep all store documents updated.
- Enforce hygiene and safety regulations in the store area.
- Oversee the store personnel, allocate tasks, and assess their performance.
- Inform the management without delay about stock discrepancies, goods return, damages, or material shortages.
Skills Set:
- Excellent at communicating and documenting
- Practical use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Understanding of stock management and warehouse procedures
- Capacity to oversee employees and run the store smoothly
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Packing Store (Food or FMCG industry preferred)
