MBB RAN Engineer L1

Job Description: We are currently in search of skilled MBB RAN Engineers (L1) to work with our telecom operations team. The perfect applicant will be in charge of integrating the wireless site, handling problems, providing reports, and guaranteeing smooth project delivery throughout the various technologies of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G.

Key Responsibilities:

• GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G networks site integrationby performing independently to integrate wireless access.
• Common site-level faults, alarms, and integration challenges would be handled and resolved.
• In daily operations, Huawei wireless integration tools would be used effectively.
• Prepare and submit the site check reports according to the project requirements.
• Determine the possible risks in wireless site delivery and escalate as necessary.
• Coordinate with in-house technical teams to make sure that the site activation is successful.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• A minimum of 12 months’ experience in projects related to wireless site integration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of radio wave propagation and basic concepts of wireless networks.
• Understanding of wireless integration methods and workflows.
• Acquaintance with Huawei’s wireless lines of products, solutions, and tools.
• Capability to take full responsibility for and conduct on his/her own wireless site integration activities.
• Expertise in operating wireless integration tools from Huawei.
