We Are HIRING Site Manager in Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Take care of site personnel, such as their hiring, training, work schedule, and performance assessment.
- Keep track of and report to the management on the financial transactions and cash flow.
- Work together with suppliers, vendors, and the headquarters to have a problem-free supply chain operation.
- Set up efficient stock control and inventory management systems.
- Handle customer complaints and make sure that the service is up to standard.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Petroleum Management or similar area).
- 3–5 years along with petroleum/fuel station management or retail operations experience.
- Deep understanding of HSE regulations and compliance standards.
- Outstanding leadership and people management abilities.
