Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts is currently hiring for the position of Front Office Manager in Lahore.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- The perfect candidate for the position will manage all Front Office activities and will ensure that the guests receive an exceptional experience from the moment they check in until they check out.
- The management of reception, bell desk and guest relations, services provided will consistently meet and even exceed standards.
- You will always be checking room inventory, occupancy, and revenue as a part of your communication with Rooms Division and Reservations.
- Become involved in guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Brand standards, SOPs, and safety/security protocols will all be in alignment with the supervision of the person in charge.
- Through training, coaching, and developing the best front office colleagues will be created thus, their performance and engagement will be increased.
- You will have to prepare schedules, reports, and budgets, control costs, and maximize productivity all at the same time.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience:Â Minimum 5+ years of diversified experience with reputable national or international hospitality brands.
